Shipping and Payments

Shipping times: 1-2 business days from the fulfillment date for shipments on the mainland. For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, it may take up to 3 business days.
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.


All orders will be provided with a tracking code so you can see the exact time of product arrival.

You will receive the tracking number directly via email and SMS as soon as it is fulfilled.

You can then view the status of your shipment directly from your personal area on our website.
